Workflow Engineering: Designed and implemented a full-cycle production ecosystem, including time-tracking, budgeting, and resource allocation for dozens of annual events.

Automation & Task Tracking: Integrated a standardized request-and-approval system within the company’s task tracker, streamlining communication between Marketing, Events, and the Creative team.

Global Talent Sourcing: Built and managed a worldwide database of vetted freelance cinematographers and production agencies (USA, Canada, EU, UK, ANZ, South America).

Hybrid Production Management: Orchestrated a "Combined Production" model where external crews handled on-site filming while the internal team managed post-production to ensure brand consistency.

Strategic Standardization: Developed "Master Briefs" and technical instructions for on-site event managers, ensuring optimal lighting, sound, and staging for video before the crew even arrived.

Legal & Financial Ops: Collaborated with the Legal Department to create standardized contracts for global contractors, ensuring compliance and smooth financial operations.
